A 7-piece set of must-have climbing gear for Mt. Fuji
A must-have for climbing Mt Fuji! This set comes with rain gear, footwear, warm clothing (fleece), and a headlamp for mountaineering.
There is no need have climbing gear taking up space in your luggage. You can return the gear without cleaning!
Pick up and return at the fifth station on the Yamanashi side of the Yoshida Route at the trailhead.
Receive a special pair of socks as a gift!
You will be gifted with thick socks perfect for mountaineering.
Schedule
Collect the items at Yamadogu rental shop on the first floor of Unjo-kaku, at the fifth station of the Yoshida Route
Please present your reservation screen and collect the rental items.Rental equipment reception is open until 3:00 PM. (Please present the My Page reservation screen at reception.)
Check and try on rental items (Check for sizing)
If the size does not fit, you can exchange the items on the spot.
Please check your rental items and size before you start climbing.
We cannot store your luggage that you do not want to take with you while climbing. Paid lockers are available at Unjo-kaku.

Notes
-Rental equipment reception is open until 3:00 PM.
-Rain gear and climbing shoes must be specified in advance.
Rain gear should be one size larger than your usual size, and hiking shoes should be 1.0 cm larger than your usual shoes.
-Warm clothes (fleece) will be provided in the same size as rain gear.

Climbing Restrictions at the Mt. Fuji 5th Station Trailhead (Yoshida Trail):
A gate will be set up at the Yoshida Trail 5th Station, and the following traffic regulations will be implemented. Additionally, a toll of JPY 4,000 will also be charged.
*If you do not have a lodging reservation at a mountain hut, passage is prohibited from 2:00pm to 3:00am the following day.

• Restriction Period: From July 1 to September 10
• Restricted Hours (Closing of trail entrance gates): 2:00pm to 3:00am the following day

• Toll: Those passing through the gate will be required to pay a fee of JPY 4,000 per person per climb/descent for the mountain trails.
