Important Precautions At The Time Of Purchase

Instructions for use and precautions
1. Upon completing your reservation, a confirmation email containing two vouchers will be sent to the provided email address. When visiting each facility, present the QR code for ticket exchange.
*Haruka Ticket: Exchange it in front of the automatic ticket gate at Kansai Airport Station on JR West Japan Railway (Ensure redemption to board the planned "Haruka" train).
*Osaka Station City Restaurant Floor Common Coupon: Exchange it for two meal tickets, one valued at JPY 1,000 and one at JPY 300, at BAR del SOLE on the 5th floor of Jiku Hiroba (Time and Space Plaza) at Osaka Station (JR). These can be used at designated stores.
(BAR del SOLE will be closed from July 18 (Tue.) to July 21 (Fri.), and during this period, the meal tickets cannot be exchanged.)
2. Validity period
*Haruka Ticket: Kansai Airport Station →Tennoji Station [one way only]: Valid for 90 days after reservation
*Osaka Station City Restaurant Floor Common Coupon: Valid for 90 days after reservation.
3. Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations are not allowed
4. If you lose your JR Haruka ticket for Kansai Airport Station → Shin-Osaka Station, it cannot be reissued.
If your scheduled train is canceled, please exchange it for a physical ticket and then use free seating on another "Haruka" or the Kansai Airport Rapid Service Line.
