- The boarding area is in Nipponbashi (opening hours: 6:00 PM- 9:10 PM). Please move to the boat after the ticket exchange.
- The maximum capacity of the boat is 12 people. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse boarding if the boat is full.
- Children aged 0-12 are required by law to wear life vests.
- Please remain seated during departure until the attendant allows you to leave. The foredeck is not available during anchorage and departure.
- The duration of each anchorage is 10 minutes. Please be punctual when boarding.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Please be careful when getting on and off the boat. Depending on the water level, there may be a large difference between the boat and your feet.
- Please watch your head when navigating under low bridges.
- Please be aware that the captain may refuse your boarding if he deems it unsafe to do so.
