Activity

Viewing of four giant pandas!

Four giant pandas, Rauhin, Yuihin, Saihin, and Fuhin, can be viewed from the viewing area. *Giant pandas are viewed from the regular viewing area. There are no feedings or tours of the backyard breeding facilities.

Giant panda caretaker staff will guide you around!

The guides are current giant panda caretaker staff. They will lead you while providing information about the pandas in the park.

Private tours limited to one group per day

As this is a private tour, questions about the giant pandas will be taken on the spot and answered as needed.

    Please present the My Page reservation screen to the reception staff. After that, we will explain the precautions.

  • Giant panda viewing at Panda Love, a rare animal breeding center

    You will see two pandas, Yuihin and Fuhin, who live in Panda Love.

  • Walk to the Breeding Center where giant pandas live.

    We will walk to the next facility as we talk about our efforts at Adventure World and the breeding of pandas.

  • Q&A session, closing speech, and dismissal after escorting the guests to the exit.

    We will answer any questions you may have. If you have an admission ticket, you can continue to enjoy the park after dismissal.

[About Adventure World]
Located in Shirahama Town, Wakayama Prefecture on the warm Kii Peninsula, this theme park is home to 1,400 animals of 140 species from land, sea, and air. Through people, animals, and nature, we hope to create an opportunity for each and every visitor to become a positive influence on the future of life.
We also aim to contribute to the realization of a bright and prosperous society full of smiling faces, and to be a park that will always be needed. In addition, we have succeeded in breeding rare animals, including giant pandas, and are making efforts in conservation and research activities.

[Tour precautions]
-This is a tour for international visitors to Japan.
- Please note that even accompanying small children or infants are included in the number of tour participants.
-The maximum number of participants per group is 5, but additional participants can be booked for an additional fee. (Up to 3 additional participants JPY 4,000/person)

-Please note that the tour may be canceled or changed without notice due to the animals' health condition.
-Panda viewing during the tour will be conducted from the same viewing area as other guests. There will be no tour of the backyard breeding facilities.
-This tour does not include a close-up encounter with the pandas or feeding the pandas.

-If you wish to enter the park before or after the tour, you will need to purchase an admission ticket at the ticket sales counter in the Entrance Dome. (* Payment can be made on-site on the day of the tour in cash or credit card.)
