[About Adventure World]
Located in Shirahama Town, Wakayama Prefecture on the warm Kii Peninsula, this theme park is home to 1,400 animals of 140 species from land, sea, and air. Through people, animals, and nature, we hope to create an opportunity for each and every visitor to become a positive influence on the future of life.
We also aim to contribute to the realization of a bright and prosperous society full of smiling faces, and to be a park that will always be needed. In addition, we have succeeded in breeding rare animals, including giant pandas, and are making efforts in conservation and research activities.

[Tour precautions]
-This is a tour for international visitors to Japan.
-Due to vehicle capacity, each group is limited to a maximum of 5 people.
- Please note that even accompanying small children or infants are included in the number of tour participants.
-Jeeps will be driven by our staff. Please note that participants are not allowed to drive.
-The animals you can encounter in each area are as follows.

Herbivore Area
American bison, African elephant, mouflon, Chapman's zebra, scimitar oryx, reticulated giraffe, eland, black buck, Japanese deer, Asian water buffalo, Malayan tapir, golden takin, white rhinoceros, roan antelope, Himalayan tar, red kangaroo, and Axis deer

Carnivore Area
Lion, Ezo brown bear, Cape baboon, cheetah, serval cat, Amur tiger, white tiger

Animals available for feeding (Reticulated giraffe, African elephant, southern white rhinoceros, deer, mouflon, Malayan tapir)

[About the facility]
-If you wish to enter the park before or after the tour, you will need to purchase an admission ticket at the ticket sales counter in the Entrance Dome. (*Payment can be made on-site on the day of the tour in cash or credit card.)
-The park is open from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Please check the official website for the latest information before entering the park.
