[Facility]
NIFREL was created based on the concept of "appealing to your inspiration" in the hope that the experiences here will stimulate people's senses, deepen their interest in living creatures and nature, and lead to small discoveries in everyday life. In the exhibition area, an exhibit is organized under the theme of diversity based on the various unique creatures. Visitors can enjoy the diversity of color, behavior, camouflage, and various other elements. In addition, there is a mysterious space art experience where you can look at the stars from outer space, as well as a variety of seasonal experiences from NIFREL. Visit NIFREL for a special experience.

[Precautions]
・Children under 2 years old are admitted free of charge.
・You can re-enter the museum as many times as you like on the same day. However, re-entry will be available until one hour before closing.
Please ask the staff at the exit gate for a transparent stamp on the back of your hand.
・There are 31 small, 21 medium, and 6 large coin lockers available.
・There is no time limit for visitors to enter the museum. Please take your time.
・Please enjoy your visit at your leisure.
・NIFREL is a family-friendly facility, so we recommend that children are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Preschool children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・A picnic café, "EAT EAT EAT," is located inside the museum. The menu includes sandwiches and hot dogs for both adults and children to enjoy.
Please note that we do not accept reservations in advance.
・Please refrain from bringing your own food and drink. There is no special area for eating boxed lunches.
・There are no vending machines in the building. Bottled water (JPY 100) is available for purchase at the picnic café "Eat Eat Eat."
・You are allowed to bring your own beverages only if they are in canteens or plastic bottles with lids or caps. Please sit on one of the sofas located throughout the building when drinking.
・There is a nursing room (for women only) on the 1st and 2nd floors, each with one seat. Male visitors may use the bench in the diaper changing room on the 2nd floor.
・There are benches in the men's and women's restrooms on the 1st floor, one in the nursing room on the 1st floor, and two on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor has a space that has room for baby strollers
・You can go around the building while using a baby stroller. Please use the elevator to go up and down the floors.
・There is a storage area for baby strollers near the entrance. Please fold your stroller when using that area.
Please note that we cannot store your luggage, so please use the coin lockers.
・Guide dogs (hearing assistance dogs and service dogs) are allowed.
・Pets are not allowed to enter the museum. Pets are not allowed to enter the building together with other visitors, and there is no place to keep them.
・Please use the "OSAKA Free Wi-Fi" service available in the museum.
・NIFREL is designed to be a "sensory experience," so please refrain from directly touching the living creatures.
・Please note that opening hours are subject to change depending on the season.
・You can take photos and videos for personal enjoyment.
・Live-streaming and similar types of filming is not permitted.
・Please do not use flash photography when taking photos of the living creatures.
・We reserve the right to refuse any lighting equipment, props, etc. that may interfere with the exhibits or the presentation of the museum.
・Photography that may disturb other visitors is strictly prohibited.
・We do not allow people to film interviews with an unspecified number of customers.
・The staff may, at their discretion, ask you to stop filming if there is a risk of damage to the museum facilities, if filming may infringe on the safety or privacy of staff members, or if filming may cause inconvenience to other customers.
・Selfie sticks may be used, but are not allowed in the tanks.
・Monopods are allowed, but please refrain from using tripods. When using a selfie stick or monopod, please be considerate to not disturb other visitors.
・Unauthorized use of photographs or filming for commercial purposes is prohibited.
NIFREL will not be held responsible for any issues that may occur as a result of the release of images or videos that show visitors unrelated to the photographer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
