A message (including a QR code and a downloadable e-ticket link) will be sent to your registered email address after your reservation is completed.
Prior to boarding, please present the QR code and the foreign passport of the reservation holder, and exchange them for actual tickets at the designated station's ticket vending machine. Ticket vending machines at stations are available in 5 languages (Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean).
Receiving reserved seat tickets: Take your boarding ticket to the Green Ticket Vending Machine and exchange it for a reserved seat ticket.
Please download the "Discover Another Japan Pass" app in advance and utilize it at each facility.

[Instructions and precautions for use]
1. After completing your reservation, we will send a reservation confirmation email to your designated email address, which includes two vouchers. When visiting each facility, please present the QR code for ticket exchange.
2. If you lose your "Sanyo-San'in Area Pass" boarding pass, it cannot be reissued.
3. The "Discover Another Japan Pass" is a common sightseeing pass and the app must be downloaded in advance.
