Roadside Station Shirakawa-go
The Gasshozukuri Minkaen Outdoor Museum is attached to the roadside station located at the entrance of Shirakawa-go. You can observe the real gasshozukuri-style architecture that has been relocated from its original location and learn about the World Heritage Site Shirakawa-go from various perspectives.

Kaminashi district, the largest village in the Gokayama area
In this area, known as Kokiriko no Sato, you can see the "Exile Hut" and the oldest wooden building in Toyama Prefecture, Hakusangu. It is one of the areas that you cannot miss when learning about Gokayama.

9:15 AM - 9:30 AM: Roadside Station Shirakawa-go / 9:40 AM - 12:30 PM: Freely explore and enjoy lunch at Shirakawa-go
Visit the Gasshozukuri Minkaen Outdoor Museum attached to the roadside station (free), go shopping ⇒ Enjoy a free walk while looking at the walking map in Shirakawa-go. ⇒ At Shirakawa-go, enjoy Gifu's local cuisine, the hoba miso-yaki set meal. (Lunch place may change to Gokayama.)
