Visitors can take in a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of Osaka from the observation deck 252 meters above the ground at the Sakishima Cosmo Tower. Enjoy a thrilling ride on the transparent elevator and long escalator (total of 42m long) to the observation deck. On the west side of the observation deck, box seats are also available, where you can share an unforgettable moment with someone special while taking in the breathtaking surroundings as the day gives way to night.

Open: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Opening hours: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM (last admission at 9:30 PM)
Closed: Monday (If Monday falls on a national holiday, that Monday is open and the next day is closed instead)
[Precautions]
-You can re-enter the Observation Deck only once on the same day. Please present your ticket at the entrance.
-No food or beverages are allowed on the observation deck, please use the café on 55F.
-Smoking is not permitted on the observation deck.
-When taking pictures, you may use a tripod, or other gear as long as it does not obstruct the passage of other visitors.
-Pets are not allowed on the observation deck.
-No coin-operated lockers are available on the observation deck, so please keep your belongings with you.
-Wheelchairs are available for rent for you to use on the observation deck only. Please note that the number of wheelchairs is limited.
-Our observation deck is equipped with escalators only from 52F to 55F.
We will be happy to provide suggestions to help wheelchair visitors get around, please don't hesitate to ask our staff.
