Embark on a Day Trip to Tokashiki Island and Visit Aharen Beach & Tokashiku Beach For a Sea Turtle Snorkeling Tour

[Regarding Application]
- If you wish to have lunch for children aged 0-5, please apply at the child rate for ages 6-11.
*Lunch is not included for children who apply at the infant rate.
- For children aged 0-5, only one child per adult is eligible for the infant rate. For two or more children, the child rate will apply.
- Those under 18 years old require a signed consent form from their guardian. Please fill out the English or Chinese version and hand it to the staff at the reception on the day of the tour.

- We apologize, but those aged 60 and above cannot participate for safety reasons.
- Those with cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, hypertension, ear infections, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or those who have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour are not eligible to participate. Additionally, depending on the individual's health condition on the day of the event, they may not be able to participate. Please note that refunds cannot be provided if such conditions are discovered on the day of the event. Thank you for your understanding.

[Notes]
- In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you through WeChat, WhatsApp, Line, or KAKAOTALK.
- Please note that the deadline for check-in is 15 minutes before departure (8:45 AM for high-speed boats / 9:45 AM for ferries). Please be punctual to avoid missing the tour.
- On the day of the tour, please pay the Tokashiki Village Environmental Cooperation Tax of JPY 100 per person (15 years old and above) at the reception.
- Please bring your own change of clothes and a bath towel on the day of the tour.
- Showers and changing rooms are available at Aharen Beach.
*Limited number of lockers are available (additional fee required).
- Wearing a life jacket is mandatory when swimming with fins or snorkeling.
- Failure to comply with the instructor's guidance or an inability to communicate effectively may result in participation being denied on the day of the event if it is considered a safety concern.
- If you wear contact lenses, we recommend using disposable lenses, as there is a risk of losing them underwater.
- As sea turtles are wild creatures, there may be instances where they cannot be observed. In such cases, refunds or compensations are not provided. We appreciate your understanding.
- Optional rentals such as umbrellas and snorkel sets are available on-site (on-site reservation/payment in cash only [Japanese Yen])

- If you are taking a car, please use the paid parking lot inside the Tomari Port Terminal (Tomarin). (First hour: JPY 200, subsequent hours: JPY 100 per hour)
*During the peak season (May to October), the parking lot may be full and unavailable. We recommend using public transportation to avoid missing your boat.
