- The tour may be canceled or shortened if the ropeway is closed or the toll road is closed due to inclement weather or other reasons.
If the tour is canceled, the organizer will contact you directly by e-mail or LINE ID at least one hour before departure on the day of the tour.
- Light rain will occur. Please bring rain gear such as an umbrella or a raincoat.
- If the ropeway is out of service, you will be taken by cab to the mini cable car stop via the toll tourist road.
- Additional fees may be charged for transportation to a different place from the pick-up point. (Payment is to be made on-site in Japanese yen in cash only)
- During the Golden Week and Obon vacation periods, the summit and rides may be crowded and there may be a wait time.
