Exchange for Yurikamome 1-day pass
Please exchange your ticket at the ticket office of either Shimbashi Station or Toyosu Station. You can use the ticket to get on and off at any station from the first train to the last train on the same day.
Exchange for SMALL WORLDS TOKYO admission ticket
Please present the same QR code you used to exchange for the Yurikamome 1-day pass at the ticket counter on the 1st floor of SMALL WORLDS TOKYO to enter the venue.

- The Yurikamome 1-day pass and SMALL WORLDS TOKYO admission ticket can be used with the same QR code.
- Please bring IDs (such as a driver's license or passport) for verification purposes.
- For children aged 5 and below, please follow the instructions below for boarding and admission:
At the Yurikamome ticket gate and SMALL WORLDS TOKYO entrance, inform the staff of the child's age and they will grant admission.
- Ages 0 to 3: Yurikamome 1-day pass and SMALL WORLDS TOKYO admission ticket are free.
- Ages 4 to 5: Yurikamome 1-day pass is free, but SMALL WORLDS TOKYO admission ticket costs JPY 1,200 (paid on-site).
*Regarding the Yurikamome 1-day pass, up to two children aged 5 and below can travel for free when accompanied by one adult (or one child aged 6 to 11). For three or more children, the child fare for those aged 6 to 11 will apply.

- The wait time may vary depending on how crowded it is.
- Photography is allowed at SMALL WORLDS TOKYO. Please take note of the following:
Do not touch the models. Please refrain from placing the models on the ground for photography.
Please be mindful not to include other customers in your photos.
The use of tripods and selfie sticks, as well as filming while walking, is prohibited.
Please use the photography area considerately. Please wait for your turn to take photos, approximately for about 3 minutes, and then switch with other customers.
- Regarding baggage
You can use the coin lockers located in the 1st floor exit hall.
For large baggage that cannot fit in the coin lockers, we will keep them at the 1st floor ticket counter.
- Pets are not allowed (except for assistance dogs).
- Please refrain from bringing food and drinks into the museum. (However, customers who have food allergies or have difficulty eating from the café menu on the 2nd floor may bring their own food and drinks if their accompanying customers order from the café menu.)
- Wheelchairs and strollers are allowed.
If you wish to borrow a wheelchair, please inform the 1st floor ticket counter (1 unit available).
*Please use the elevator to access the galleries (2nd and 3rd floors). Please note that the elevator entrance is 80cm wide, and the interior is 130cm x 140cm.
