Like a contemporary art museum
The exterior of the building has a distinctive presence with its strata-like texture, that is reminiscent of art.
The interior is like a digital space
There is a spatial presentation and exhibition to go along with each theme.
There are about sixty creatively designed water tanks that represent the themes for each zones
Two interesting tanks include the largest spherical tank in Japan (called AQUA TERRA) and the glass floor tank (called MINAMO), which gives the impression that people are walking on the water's surface.

Each zone has a symbolic aquarium tank that corresponds to its theme, providing visitors with tranquility and inspiration as well as adding to the facility's cultural significance.

Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to enter the venue alone for safety reasons and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
-No re-entry is permitted.
-There is no time limit after entering the aquarium.
-Visitors are free to take photos inside the aquarium, but please be considerate of other visitors by not using large equipment or taking up too much space.
-For the purpose of protecting wildlife, please do not use flash photography in any areas where it is forbidden.
-Please refrain from live streaming and similar activities.
-Pets are not allowed. However, guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are allowed.
-There are baby rooms and diaper changing areas available in the aquarium.
-The aquarium is wheelchair accessible with ramps and elevators along the main routes.
-If you would like to rent a wheelchair, please come to the Information Desk on the 2F. The number of wheelchairs is limited, so we may not be able to lend you a wheelchair. Please bring your own wheelchair if possible. Advance reservations are not possible.
