For safety reasons, please note that the total weight of passengers must not exceed 110 kg per seat, and the total weight of 5 passengers must not exceed 400 kg.
[About the tour]
If the flight operator determines that the flight is not possible due to inclement weather or other reasons, the flight will be cancelled.
Please be sure to check your e-mail, as you will be notified by 3:00 PM on the day of the flight.
In such a case, a full refund will be provided.
Even if the weather is cloudy, if the flight is possible, we will proceed with the flight.
Guests are allowed to make changes to their itinerary until the day before the cancellation policy goes into effect.
