0-15 year-olds may enter the museum free of charge.

[In-house Services]
●Use of Elevators
Everyone can use the elevator up to the 5th floor, but please use the stairs to go up from the 5th floor to the 8th floor and down from the 8th floor to the 1st floor.
The elevators may be crowded. We recommend that you allow plenty of time for your visit.
Wheelchair users and those with walking difficulties have priority on all floors, both going up and down. Please inquire with our staff.

●Luggage Storage
There are no coin lockers in the museum.
Luggage can be checked in at the ticket counter for JPY 100 per piece. Luggage can be checked in from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM; please pick up your luggage by 5:00 PM.

●Baby Strollers
Baby strollers are allowed in the facility, but may not be allowed in the building during busy times to prevent danger.
In such cases, strollers will be checked in at the ticket gate free of charge.

●Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs available for rent at Osaka Castle Keep: 7 (use only inside the building)
First-come, first-served basis; reservations are not accepted.

●Information (1F / 5F)
Foreign-language-speaking staff are on hand to answer questions and respond to inquiries.
Audio tour guide machines are available for free rental (Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean).
The devices are available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and must be returned by 4:30 PM.

●Photographs
Photography is prohibited on the 3rd and 4th floors due to the exhibition of important cultural properties, but all other floors may be photographed freely.

Osaka Castle Keep is a museum facility. Please refrain from the following activities that are against the protection of cultural properties or that may interfere with the viewing or safety of other visitors.
- Photographing in areas where photography is prohibited (except with the Museum's permission)
- Use of photographic equipment that interferes with the viewing of other visitors
- Eating or drinking
- Loud conversations
- Sitting on the floor
- Walking while being on your cell phone
- Other disruptive or dangerous behavior
