Experience the process of "steaming," "peeling," "cutting," and "drying" sweet potatoes
Participants will experience the entire process of making dried sweet potatoes using Beniharuka potato which has a high sugar content.
Learn about and compare various potato varieties and cultivation methods
Discover the many potato varieties and their cultivation methods, then taste and compare each.
Comes with 3 kinds of original dried sweet potatoes
You can pick up 3 kinds of dried sweet potatoes (flat dried, with skin, and cut into cubes) that you made yourself as souvenirs the next day. (Potatoes for comparison and souvenirs are available separately) *Please pick them up at the Koriyama Tourist Information Center.

Explanation of sweet potatoes (5 minutes on farming methods, varieties, etc.)
Start making dried potatoes while receiving an explanation of the process (simultaneously, you will also experience a tasting comparison)
Experience the process of "steaming," "peeling," "cutting," and "drying.
End of making dried potatoes. If you wish to purchase, you can do so on the spot.
Please enjoy shopping at the store.
The next day
Please pick up the dried potatoes you made at Koriyama Tourist Information Center.
