Established in 1906, Horaiya Honten Co., Ltd. will tell you about the power of the Koji, which the company have cultivated and maintained for more than a century.
Factory tour
Watch the miso being made. After the tour, a souvenir will be given out.
Fermented food tasting experience
Participants can taste and sample amazake (fermented Japanese rice drink) and miso.

You can enjoy listening to a talk about fermentation culture while tasting and sampling amazake and miso.
