Recently there has been an increase in the number of mistakes in date and time of use. Please be sure to check your reservation before your visit.
You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of your application. Your reservation is confirmed only when you receive this email confirmation.
*The store will not be able to accommodate you until your reservation has been confirmed.
*The store will not be able to accommodate you if you visit the store outside of the date and time confirmed in your reservation.

[Precautions]
- Please return the kimonos by 5:30 PM.
- Please present your ID to confirm your identity.
- Please note that any difference in price due to the increase in kimono rank, or other factors, will be paid on-site on the day of the experience.
- The tour may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, but we will not compensate for travel expenses to the site.
*Refunds will only be made in special cases, such as when the public transportation stops running, etc.
- In the event of cancellation, the operator will notify your emergency contact by 8:00 p.m. the day before the event.

[About Kimono Rental]
- It is also possible to choose a kimono different from the plan you reserved after visiting the store.
- To enjoy kimonos even more, we also offer non-standard hair sets for a fee, special knotting, and unique accessories such as obi clips and maiko umbrellas for rent.
- Guests taller than 185cm or wearing shoes 28cm or larger must let us know in advance. After clicking the reserve button, please fill in the additional information field.
- Customers renting kimonos can check one bag of luggage for free. We can also keep large suitcases and other items other than valuables for JPY 1,100 (tax included).
- If you return the kimono between 5:30PM-6:00PM on the day of the experience, you will be charged an extension fee of JPY 1,100, including tax per kimono.
- You can return your kimono the next day for JPY 2,200, including tax per kimono. Next-day returns must be returned by (5:30PM).
- The images may include optional items not included in the listed price.

[About Safety Package (Insurance)]
- If you want the Safety Package (JPY 550, including tax per kimono), please apply on the day of the experience.
We recommend you subscribe to the Safety Package in order to reduce the burden if your kimono is damaged or soiled during meals. It applies to kimono, obi (sash), obi himo belt, undergarments, zori sandals, tabi socks, accessory case and other accessories related to kimonos.
