Want to achieve your ideal body in the world of ONE PIECE? The most enjoyable gym to turn that aspiration into reality has recently debuted in Shibuya, Tokyo!
Boost your motivation with training equipment inspired by the characters!
The Shanks Weight Vest, modeled after the emblem of the Red Hair Pirates, and the Meat Barbell, inspired by pirate meat, are examples of training equipment that can boost motivation with the theme of ONE PIECE.
Visitors can experience various Deck (studio) programs as if they were in the world of ONE PIECE!
Group training sessions are held in the deck (studio), which is designed to resemble a ship's deck. These sessions focus on movements that engage the core, such as the Great Pirate Dance Series - Alabasta Belly Dance, Pirate Yoga, and Navy Pilates, among many others! *Please note that reservations for studio lessons are not available. Participation is only possible if there are vacancies in the program capacity.
Participants will receive various souvenirs, including a BragMen-exclusive whey protein inspired by the world of ONE PIECE!
Includes souvenirs such as original whey protein and goods. *Food items are part of the souvenirs. Please verify on your own whether you can bring them back when you return.
