You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of your application. Your reservation is confirmed only when you receive this email confirmation.
*The store will not be able to accommodate you until your reservation has been confirmed.
*The store will not be able to accommodate you if you visit the store outside of the date and time confirmed in your reservation.

[Notes]
•Please return the kimono by 5:30 PM.
•For verification purposes, please present your ID.
•Any additional charges resulting from upgrading the kimono will be settled on the spot on the activity day. We appreciate your understanding.
•Please note that the activity may be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, but we will not compensate for travel expenses to the site. If the activity is cancelled, the operator will contact the emergency contact by 8:00 PM the day before.

[About Kimono Rental]
•After your arrival, it's possible to choose a kimono different from the reserved plan.
•To enhance your kimono experience, we offer paid options such as hair arrangements and unique accessories such as special obi belts and maiko umbrellas.
•Customers who are 185cm or taller and have a shoe size of 28cm or larger must make a prior reservation. After clicking the reservation button, there is a section for additional information; please provide the necessary details there.
•Customers renting kimonos can store one bag of luggage for free. Large suitcases or other oversized luggage, excluding valuables, can also be stored for JPY 1,100 (tax included).
•For returns between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM on the same day, an extension fee of JPY 1,100 (tax included) per kimono will be charged.
•Kimonos can be returned the next day for a fee of JPY 2,200 (tax included) per kimono. Please return them by the final return time (5:30 PM) on the next day.
•The images may include optional items not included in the listed price.

[About the Safety Package (Insurance)]
•If you wish to apply for the Safety Package (JPY 550/ tax included), please apply for it on the day of the activity.
We recommend getting the Safety Package in order to reduce the burden if your kimono gets dirty during meals or is damaged in an accident. The package covers kimonos, obi, obi cords, long undergarments, zori (straw sandals), tabi socks, small purses, and other accessories related to the kimono.
