  • Learn about Arida mandarin oranges grown in Hirogawa Town.

    Learn about the different types of mandarin oranges and picking practices.

  • Cook with picked green mandarin oranges

    Enjoy communicating with local mothers while making ponzu (citrus-based sauce) and dressing.

  • Sample / Enjoy the ponzu & dressing

    Enjoy the homemade ponzu and dressing with salad and tofu.
