Experience preparing local cuisine with the proprietress
Participants will experience peeling and cutting food, making kiritanpo (half-smashed rice shaped into a circle one), and more.
Enjoy a lunch on the tatami with local dishes prepared by yourself and paired with Japanese Sake!
Sake pairings for each dish will be accompanied by commentary from the sixth generation Kappo Kamesei.
Enjoy dancing by Akita Maiko and chatting!
