  • On the day of boarding

    Please present the electronic ticket, which you can exchange for a boarding ticket at the HARUKA ticket vending machine located next to the Kansai-Airport Station (JR) ticket gate.

  • Train selection

    Please scan the QR code on the ticket vending machine and select your desired train. You can choose from trains departing in 5 minutes.

  • Entry / Boarding

    Please take out your boarding pass and enter through the gate where the station staff is located, then board the train.

  • Reception at Kyoto Railway Museum and Kyoto Aquarium

    Please scan the electronic voucher for ticket exchange at each facility and exchange it for an admission ticket. It is valid for 90 days after reservation.

1. After you complete your reservation, we will send you a reservation confirmation email, including three vouchers, to your specified email address. When visiting each facility, please present the QR code for ticket exchange.
*JR Haruka one-way special edition ticket (LIMITED EDITION): Please exchange tickets in front of the automatic ticket gate at JR West Japan's Kansai-Airport Station (to board the scheduled "Haruka" train)
2. Cancellation Policy:
*Cancellation is possible only if both the JR Haruka one-way special edition ticket (LIMITED EDITION) and the admission ticket to the sightseeing facilities have not been exchanged.
3. If you lose the JR Haruka one-way special edition ticket (LIMITED EDITION) Kansai Airport Station→Kyoto Station boarding pass, it cannot be reissued.
If your scheduled train is canceled after exchanging for a physical boarding pass, please use another "Haruka" or the unreserved seats on the Kansai Airport Rapid Service Line.

1. Upon successful reservation, an automatic text message (including a QR code and a downloadable e-ticket link) will be sent to the email address you provided.
2. Please present the QR code at the designated exchange location or exchange it for a physical ticket before use.
*Exchange Location: Kyoto Railway Museum (Kankiji-cho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto-shi)
3. Please present the admission ticket to the staff when re-entering the museum.
4. You must present the admission ticket when participating in the driving simulator lottery.
5. Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
*Last admission is at 4:30 PM
Closed on Wednesdays and New Year's holidays (December 30 to January 1)
*Open on public holidays, long vacation periods, etc.
