Activity
Participants will learn how to make sushi from professional chefs using fresh ingredients from Hakodate, the city of the sea. The class will provide a gentle and attentive lecture for beginners to try their hand at sushi making.
Lunch is your sushi, along with soup and a cup of steamed egg custard. You can take home a sushi chef hat as a souvenir.
The experience is located in a popular area of Hakodate.

Beginners can try their hand at nigirizushi with a kind and detailed lecture given by a professional sushi chef.
In addition, the sushi chef is a Japanese sake instructor, a higher rank than the famous sake sommelier. They are certified and offer professional knowledge and guidance on sake tasting to go with your sushi. (Optional)
Sushi made with fresh seafood from the chilly waters of Hokkaido and a warm glass of sake will be an unforgettable experience.
