Iya soba is a local dish from the Iya region. Because Iya has many slopes and rice cultivation is difficult, soba, which is easy to grow and has a short growing season, has gained popularity as a staple cuisine.

Enjoy the charm of the unexplored Oku-Iya

In addition to the Ochiai Village Observatory, Hinoji Valley, and Shoben Kozo (a peeing boy statue), visitors can enjoy the Nagoro Scarecrow Village and Oku-Iya Double Vine Bridge in the summer (April to November) and the Iya Vine Bridge and Oboke Gorge sightseeing boat in the winter (December to March).

• A chartered taxi will be arranged for each reservation. (One vehicle can be reserved for up to 8 people)
• Please note that the the tourist attractions available for visiting vary between summer (April to November) and winter (December to April).
• The following fees are not included in the plan and will be the responsibility of each individual.
If participating between April to November: Oku-Iya Double Vine Bridge admission fee (13 years old and above : JPY 550 / 6-12 years old: JPY 350)
If participating between December to March: Nishi-Iya Vine Bridge admission fee (13 years old and above : JPY 550 / 6-12 years old: JPY 350), Oboke Gorge sightseeing boat boarding fee (13 years old and above: JPY 1,500 / 3-12 years old: JPY 750)
• Regarding the departure schedule, please note that the order of the itinerary and the duration of local stays may be subject to change based on local traffic conditions and departure location.
(On weekdays, the road is closed before Nagoro Village due to road construction.)
• Reservations are not required for infants under 2 years old who do not require a seat. However, there is a limit of one infant per adult.
• There will be no tour conductor.
