[Kimono Rental VASARA Asakusa Ekimae Store] Couple's Plan (Kimono Rental & Hair Styling & Dressing Included)

Recently there has been an increase in the number of mistakes in date and time of use. Please be sure to check your reservation before your visit.
You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of your application. Your reservation is confirmed only when you receive this email confirmation.
*The store will not be able to accommodate you until your reservation has been confirmed.
*The store will not be able to accommodate you if you visit the store outside of the date and time confirmed in your reservation.

[Notes]
• Please return the kimono by 5:30 PM.
• To verify your identity, we ask that you present your ID.
• Please note that any difference in price caused by upgrading your kimono will be paid on-site on the day of the experience.
• Please note that the experience may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as in the case of natural disasters, but we will not compensate for travel expenses to the site. If the experience is canceled, the operator will contact the emergency contact by 8:00 PM the day before the event.
*Refunds will only be made in special cases, such as when the public transportation stops running, etc.

[About Kimono Rental]
• You can choose a different kimono from the one you reserved after your visit.
• For you to enjoy the experience even more, we also offer non-standard hair arrangements and special accessories, such as obidome (sash clip) and a maiko umbrella, for a fee.
• Guests taller than 185cm or wearing shoes 28cm or larger must let us know in advance. After clicking the reserve button, please fill in the additional information field.
• Customers renting kimonos can check one bag of luggage for free. We can also keep large suitcases and other items other than valuables for JPY 1,100 (tax included).
• If you return the kimono between 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM on the day of the experience, you will be charged an extension fee of JPY 1,100, including tax per kimono.
• You can return your kimono the next day for JPY 2,200, including tax per kimono. Next-day returns must be returned by (5:30 PM).
• The images may include optional items not included in the listed price.

[About the Safety Package (Insurance)]
This plan includes a Safety Package in order to reduce the burden if your kimono is damaged or soiled during meals. It applies to kimono, obi (sash), obi himo belts, undergarments, zori sandals, tabi socks, accessory cases, and other accessories related to kimonos.

[Supported Languages]
Gestures, simple English, and language-specific (English, Chinese, Korean) in-store signs will be available.
