  • Meet-up & Reception

    Please come to the Tokyo Heliport Management Office and inform the security guard at the office that you are here for AirX. Our staff will then assist you at the reception desk. Please present the reservation screen on My Page. (Our staff only speaks Japanese, but they are experienced in assisting international visitors.)

  • Fill out the passenger list

    You will be asked to sign documents related to insurance.

  • Explanation of notes

    The staff will provide a brief explanation regarding safety.

  • Takeoff

    Please enjoy a flight of approximately 35 minutes

  • Landing at Fuji Oshino Heliport

    Upon landing, the group will disband.

• Please note that for safety reasons, the total weight limit for passengers, including luggage, is up to 300kg.
• The flight is one-way only. Please make arrangements for the return trip on your own.

[Regarding Carry-on Luggage]
Each passenger is allowed one carry-on item (up to 40cm x 55cm, 10kg) free of charge.
For additional luggage, please make separate arrangements.

[About the Flight]
In case of inclement weather or other circumstances deemed unsuitable for flight by the operating company, the flight will be canceled.

We will contact you via email by 3:00 PM on the day of the flight, so please make sure to check your email.

In such case, all fees will be refunded.
If the weather is cloudy, but the flight is still possible, the flight will be conducted.
If you wish to change your itinerary, you may do so before the cancellation policy is applied.
(Please sign the insurance agreement on the day of the flight to purchase comprehensive liability insurance for 3rd-party passengers.)

In case of no-show cancellations, no refunds will be given, as well as cancellations made 1 day prior to the flight.

• Up to 3 passengers are allowed to board per helicopter.
• Only one child under the age of 2 can ride on a passenger's lap free of charge. Please enter their name in the additional information field when making a reservation.
*Children 3 years old and above must secure a seat.

[Photography at the Heliport]
You are free to take photos and videos while on board the helicopter.
However, there are some areas where photography is prohibited, so please follow the instructions of the staff.
