A. The Studio Pass cannot be canceled or modified.
You are required to arrive on one of the specified dates corresponding to the pass type you purchased (A for Low price, B for Middle price, C for High price, D for Premium Price, or E for Super Premium Price) within the validity period of the voucher.

Q. Does the Studio Pass include admission to Super Nintendo World™?
A. No, it does not.
To enter Super Nintendo World™, you will need a Confirmed Area Entry Ticket (reservation required), an Area Entry Numbered Ticket (free of charge) or an Area Entry Lottery Ticket (free of charge).
[Attention] Area Entrance Numbered Tickets may be distributed at an earlier time depending on conditions on the day of your visit.
In some cases, you may be able to enter without an area admission ticket, area admission numbered ticket, or area admission lottery ticket.
Or you can download the official Universal Studios Japan app (iOS/Android) in advance.
Q. I would like to book a Studio Pass for in 3 months, but the price is not shown.
A. The Studio Pass can only be reserved up to two months in advance.
For example, if it is April 1, you can reserve a pass for up to June 1.
Q. When I tried to register the QR code for admission (before entering) into the app, I got a message saying that it is not a valid admission ticket. What should I do?
A. Because of the processing time required in the system, the QR code can only be registered in the app starting from the day following the purchase.
Q. When I tried to register the QR code for admission (after admission) into the app, I got a message saying that it is not a valid admission ticket. What should I do?
A. Please update the Universal Studios Japan Official App to the latest version or re-download it.
If this does not work, please pick up an area entry numbered ticket (or area entry lottery ticket) at a paper ticket booth in the park.
Q. I would like to book a 1.5 Day Studio Pass or 2 Day Studio Pass, but the prices listed for Day 1 and Day 2 on the price calendar are different. Which one should I buy?
A. Please purchase your pass according to the price of the first day of visit.
Also note that 1.5-Day and 2-Day Studio Passes must be used for two consecutive days.
