SORA terrace, a terrace with a spectacular view of the sea of clouds
SORA Terrace, located at the peak of a 1,770-meter-high mountain, offers visitors a spectacular view of the sea of clouds, which can only be enjoyed if the weather is favorable.
Ride on the world's largest 166-seater ropeway
Visitors can take a 10-minute aerial walk on the ropeway, which can hold 166 people.
Dogs are welcome to accompany you on your trip, allowing the entire family to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. (Additional fee applies)
SORA terrace cafe offers an original menu
Guests at the café restaurant can enjoy a unique menu inspired by the sea of clouds and cloudscapes, all while admiring a setting that evokes the sensation of being above the clouds.
Watch the sunset descends into the horizon
The SORA terrace, which overlooks the Japanese Northern Alps, is an ideal location to see the sunsets.

Exchange tickets
Please exchange your electronic voucher for a physical ticket at the ticket counter inside the ropeway base station building.
Ride the ropeway
Ride the ropeway for about 10 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views outside.
SORA terrace
After exiting the ropeway summit station building, you will find the SORA terrace, a terrace with a superb view.
SORA terrace cafe
The café is situated next to SORA terrace. Please use the drink ticket (worth JPY 500).
Shop
Next to the ropeway station, there is a store with many Shinshu specialties and SORA terrace original products.

Notes
• Free of charge for children 0-4 years old.
*Children 5-11 years old must purchase a child ticket on-site on the day.
• The ropeway operates at 20-minute intervals: 0 minutes, 20 minutes, and 40 minutes. During busy times, the interval may be increased to every 15 minutes.
• Dogs can ride the ropeway for JPY 500 per dog, provided they are either carried or on a leash.
*When boarding, if you have a crate, please place your dogs inside it. If not, please be considerate of other passengers and keep them leashed or carry them. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Pets are allowed at SORA terrace, outdoor space and WANKO CAFE.
• The SORA terrace cafe drink ticket can be exchanged for an eligible menu item worth JPY 500.
• Please take a taxi from Yudanaka Station on weekdays in May and June, as the shuttle bus from Yudanaka Station does not operate on these days.
