[About the ticket]
•Children of any age who require a seat must purchase a ticket. (Infants and toddlers who can be placed on their knees are free of charge.)
•Due to the expected congestion at the venue on the day, we recommend that you pick up your tickets the day before and arrive well in advance to allow enough time for your visit.
•For inquiries regarding ticket pickup, please contact the address listed in the email sent to you after your reservation.
•[Aug. 5 night, Aug. 7 noon] Tickets for Aomori Nebuta Festival only are also available.

[Notes]
•The Nebuta will run for approximately 60 minutes. However, it takes 60 minutes to complete one lap of the course, and only a portion of the course passes in front of the viewing area.
The time to pass in front of the viewing area will be from 1:00 PM for about one hour. Please enjoy the festival freely during the rest of the time.
•Nebuta Festival will be held rain or shine. There are no refunds after ticket purchase.
*In the unlikely event that the Nebuta Festival does not take place due to flood warning levels, earthquakes, or other disasters, refunds will be made.
(Ticketing and delivery fees related to payment are not refundable.)
•Aomori Fireworks Festival
The meeting place for the Nebuta Festival is different. The viewing area for the fireworks display and marine operation is at the Shin-Chuo Pier.
In case of stormy weather on August 7, the event will be postponed to the following day (Thursday, August 8) at the same time. (Postponement or cancellation will be decided at 3:00 PM)
In case of postponement or cancellation, a notice will be posted on the dedicated phone number (number to be announced later) and on the Fireworks Display website.
Please note that if the event is postponed to the following day, some of the details may be changed.
•Please take care to stay hydrated and in good physical condition as extreme heat is expected.
Also, please bring a hat or take other measures to protect yourself from the heat.
•We recommend that you bring a raincoat in case of rain.
*Umbrellas (including parasols) may not be used as they block the view.
•Please be aware that restroom facilities are not adequate.
•Please do not smoke in the venue.
•Any person who conducts himself/herself in a manner that disturbs other visitors inside or outside the venue and does not follow the instructions of the staff will be asked to leave the venue forcibly.
In such cases, there will be no refund of tickets.
•The organizer will not be liable for any damage caused by reasons beyond its control in the viewing area.

[About photo shooting]
•The use of tripods is prohibited in the viewing area.
•Please do not disturb other spectators when taking photos or videos.

[Information on infection control measures]
•Please act in accordance with the policies of the national and local governments regarding infection control measures.
•The content of the event may be changed or cancelled due to the effects of infectious diseases, etc.
•The number of seats sold may be adjusted in the future in order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, etc.

[In case of cancellation]
•The event may be cancelled after the reservation is made due to inclement weather or natural disasters. In such cases, the operator will contact the emergency contact after 6:00 PM on the day before the event. Please be sure to check your email and incoming calls.

On the day of the event, information at the venue will be provided in Japanese.
