Please come directly to the meeting place (8:15 AM meet-up) and provide your name. Departure is at 8:30 AM from the Shinjuku Post Office in front of the West Exit of Shinjuku Station.

Meeting location: Shinjuku Station West Exit In front of Shinjuku Post Office at 8:15 AM.
*Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time to ensure that you are not late.
Dismissal location: Shinjuku Station around 6:30 PM
•The itinerary may change due to traffic conditions, road situations, etc., and arrival at the destination may be delayed. In the event that the return is delayed and a taxi or accommodation is necessary, we will not be held responsible for any additional fees.
•Please note that the tour may be shortened or canceled due to weather conditions or congestion. The itinerary may be altered depending on the number of vehicles.
•In the event that the 5th station is closed, the tour will be redirected to the Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine.
•Each person is allowed to bring only one piece of luggage, and the total dimensions of the luggage (length + width + height) must be within 155cm. If the luggage exceeds the above size, we will prioritize other luggage that meets the regulations and only accept it if there is space available. If you're bringing a stroller, please bring a foldable one.
•Children 0-3 years old are free if they do not require a seat.
