[Notes]
• Please allow plenty of time for your round-trip transportation to the airport, as the itinerary may be subject to change due to traffic conditions.
• Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delays or other causes. The customer shall be solely responsible for such losses or damages.
• Please note that we will not individually notify you of any changes to the schedule and prices.
• Passengers other than hotel guests may also use the shuttle service for buses departing from the hotel. Please check with the hotel staff for reservation details.

[Regarding the bus ride]
• Children 0-5 years old ride for free if they do not occupy a seat. If they need a seat, please purchase a child ticket.
• Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
• Please refrain from speaking loudly.
• Most buses are equipped with toilets.
• Some buses have auxiliary seats. Depending on the number of reservations, your assigned seat may be auxiliary.
In such cases, we cannot provide a refund. We appreciate your understanding.

[Directions from Tokyo Station to the meeting place]
• Underground Route
(1) From Yaesu South Exit
Exit the ticket gate and proceed straight ahead. Descend the stairs at the end of the glass doors.

(2) From Yaesu Central Exit
Exit the ticket gate and proceed diagonally to the right. Turn right at the end of the corridor.
When you see Yaesu South Exit on your right, descend the stairs at the end of the glass doors on your left.

• Ground Route
The meeting place is located underground in the high-rise building (Tokyo Midtown Yaesu) that you can see directly in front of you when you exit the Yaesu South Exit of Tokyo Station.
(1) Exit Tokyo Station (JR), Yaesu South Exit or Central Exit
(2) With your back to the station building, turn right.
(3) Cross the crosswalk at the first traffic signal after passing the JR Highway Bus Terminal.
(4) If you proceed left, you will find the entrance to Tokyo Midtown Yaesu.
