*If you make a reservation for a date more than two months in advance, we will send you an e-voucher by e-mail approximately two months prior to your desired reservation date.

[About Participation]
• Please note that there may be restrictions on entry and use depending on how crowded the venue is.
• Resale of tickets is not allowed. Resold tickets will become invalid.
• You will need the e-voucher issued after completing the reservation when redeeming the Tokyo Subway Ticket and when entering Sunshine 60 Obsrvatory Tenbou-Park.
*Please bring a device that can display the e-voucher or print out the e-voucher.
*If you cannot display the e-voucher by yourself, you will not be able to use it.
• One e-voucher can be used for both Sunshine 60 Observatory Tenbou-Park and the Tokyo Subway Ticket.

[How To Use the Tokyo Subway Ticket]
• Please bring your e-voucher and exchange it for a ticket at a ticketing machine located at major stations along Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines.
*Please refer to the attached file for where you can redeem your ticket and how to do so.
*You can redeem your ticket at the offices of Tokyo Metro stations (excluding Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishi-Funabashi, Yoyogi-Uehara, and Wakoishi stations on the Hibiya Line, and Shibuya and Meguro stations on the Hanzomon Line and Fukutoshin Line). Please ask a station attendant at the ticket gate.
*If there is no ticketing machine for travelers at the station you wish to use, or if you cannot exchange your ticket at the station office, please ask the station attendant at the ticket gate for instructions on how to get to the station with a ticketing machine for travelers.
*Partial tickets cannot be exchanged. Even if you purchase multiple tickets, one e-voucher will be issued for each purchase. When the e-voucher is scanned at the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, it will be exchanged for all valid tickets purchased.

[Admission to Sunshine 60 Observatory Tenbou-Park]
• Please come directly to the entrance of the observatory on the day of your reservation and present your e-voucher.
• Please note that the last admission is one hour before the end of the opening hours. (Please check the official Tenbou-Park website for the opening hours.)

[Notes]
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons, discounts, or special offers.
• Some areas of the observatory may not be available due to events, etc.
• Some events may be suspended in some cases.
• In the event of inclement weather, operations may be cancelled. In such cases, we will not compensate for transportation costs to the site.
• Due to facility circumstances, there may be days when the facility is unavailable without prior notice. Please check with the facility before visiting.
• Opening hours are subject to change. Please check the official Tenbou-Park website for the most recently updated opening hours.

[Voucher Validity Period]
■ Sunshine 60 Observatory Tenbou-Park
• Valid only on the date specified at the time of reservation.
*The voucher cannot be used during special opening hours, etc.

■ Tokyo Subway Ticket
• Redeemable within 12 months from the date of purchase.
*The validity date is printed on the ticket.
*The validity time is printed on the ticket after passing through the ticket gate.
*If you enter within the validity time, you can leave even if the validity time has passed during the ride.
*If you do not use the ticket for the first time within the validity period printed on the ticket, it will become invalid.
