[Notes]
• Please make a reservation for the date and time you wish to enter Tokyo City View.
*Please note that the Tokyo City View admission ticket and the Tokyo Subway Ticket e-voucher are separate.
• Children 0-5 years old travel free on all Toei Subway lines and Tokyo Metro lines.
• Children 4-6 years old are charged only for Tokyo City View, so please purchase a ticket at Tokyo City View on the day of your visit.
Please confirm ticket prices on the Tokyo City View's official website.
• Tickets may sell out on the day, so we recommend purchasing your Tokyo City View web ticket in advance.

[Tokyo City View Notes]
• Valid only for the date and time specified at the time of reservation.
*Date and time cannot be changed for customer convenience.
• When entering the museum, open the usage screen from the link on the voucher sent to you at the time of purchase, press the "Use" button, and show the screen to a staff member.
*Please check your network environment, as you will be opening the web screen on your smartphone.
• The ticket shows the admission time for each day and session, but admission times may vary slightly, and you may have to wait longer than the announced time.
• If you wish to enter the rooftop Sky Deck, please purchase an additional ticket when entering the 52nd floor. (The original ticket does not allow admission)
• Mori Art Museum, Mori Arts Center Gallery, and Sky Deck are charged separately. (This ticket does not allow admission)
*The Sky Deck is temporarily closed.

[Tokyo Subway Ticket Notes]
• The ticket can be exchanged within 12 months from the date of purchase.
*The expiration date after exchange is written on the ticket.
*The validity period is printed on the ticket after passing through the ticket gate.
*As long as you enter within the validity period, you can exit even if the validity period expires while you are riding.
*If you do not use the ticket for the first time within the validity period printed on the ticket face, it will become invalid.

• When redeeming your ticket, you will need the e-voucher (QR code) issued after the reservation is completed. Please bring a terminal capable of displaying the e-voucher (QR code) or print out the e-voucher (QR code). If you are unable to display the e-voucher (QR code) yourself, you will not be able to use the service.
• Please note that the tour may be closed or canceled at short notice due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please check the website of each facility before use.

[How to Exchange Tickets]
*It doesn't matter which ticket you exchange first.
■Tokyo City View■
• Please present the voucher on the web screen of your smartphone at the "Museum & Observation Deck Ticket/Information" counter on the 3rd floor of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower.
*Be sure that you have network access.
Hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (last admission at 9:00 PM)

■Tokyo Subway Ticket■
• Please exchange your Tokyo Subway Ticket for a ticket at a ticketing machine located at major Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway stations.
*Receipts can also be exchanged at the office of each Tokyo Metro station (excluding Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishi-Funabashi, Yoyogi-Uehara, and Wakoshi stations on the Hibiya Line, and Shibuya and Meguro stations on the Hanzomon Line and Fukutoshin Line).
*If there is no ticketing machine for travelers at the station you wish to use, or if you cannot exchange your ticket at the station office, please ask the station attendant at the ticket gate for instructions on how to get to the station with a ticketing machine for travelers.
*You can not partially exchange the tickets. Even if you purchase multiple tickets, one e-voucher will be issued. When the e-voucher is scanned at the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, you will be redeeming all valid tickets purchased.
