Activity
Muroji Temple, an ancient temple in Nara, adorned with beautiful autumn foliage
Murouji Temple, also known as Women's Koyasan, was built about 1,400 years ago and was once a temple where women were free to visit, as opposed to Koyasan, where women had limited access. It is also a popular spot for viewing Nara's unexplored autumn foliage.
In addition to the main hall, you can take a special nighttime tour, guided by a monk, of the temple grounds, which are lined with national treasures such as the Kondo Hall and the five-story pagoda.
Tour participants will be guided to places that are normally closed to the public, such as the Kondo Hall.

5:00 PM / 6:30 PM: Meet in front of the store at Muroujii Temple
Please present the My Page reservation screen at the reception desk. Starting from the front of the store at Muroujii Temple, you will be guided by a monk with an English-speaking guide through the mountain. (Mirokudo Hall, Kondo Hall (special viewing of the inside of the hall, which is normally closed to the public), five-story pagoda)
6:10PM / 7:40 PM: Disband in front of the front gate of Murouji Temple
