[About Participation]
• Customers who have completed the reservation and payment for this ticket are not required to obtain a date/time-specific web-based numbered ticket for the aquarium.
• Please note that admission and use of the aquarium may be restricted depending on the level of congestion.
• Resale of these tickets is not allowed. Resold tickets will become invalid.
• One e-voucher can be used for both the Sunshine Aquarium and Tokyo Subway Ticket.
• The e-voucher issued after the reservation is completed is required to exchange the ticket for the ticket at the time of admission.
• Please bring a device that can display the e-voucher or a printout of the e-voucher.
• If you are unable to display the e-voucher yourself, you will not be able to use it for admission.

[About the Tokyo Subway Ticket]
The Tokyo Subway Ticket is a voucher to be exchanged for a ticket from ticketing machines located at Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines.
Please bring the e-voucher to the ticketing machines located at major stations of Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines to exchange it for a ticket.
• Please refer to the attached file below for where and how to exchange your ticket.
• You can also exchange your ticket at the office of each Tokyo Metro station (excluding Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishi-Funabashi, Yoyogi-Uehara, and Wakoshi stations on the Hibiya Line, and Shibuya and Meguro stations on the Hanzomon Line and Fukutoshin Line).
• If there is no ticketing machine for tourists at the station you wish to use, or if you cannot exchange tickets at the station office, please ask a station attendant at the ticket gate for instructions on how to get to the station with a ticketing machine for tourists.

[Tokyo Subway Ticket]
• The expiration date is printed on the ticket.
• The validity period is printed on the ticket after passing through the ticket gate.
• As long as you enter within the validity period, you can exit even if the validity period expires during your ride.
• If you do not use the ticket for the first time within the validity period printed on the ticket, the ticket will become invalid.

Opening hours: 9:30 AM - 9:00 PM *Last admission is 1 hour before closing time.

[Sunshine Aquarium Notice]
• Due to admission restrictions, the are a limited number of tickets sold.
• It cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons, discounts, or special offers.
• Some exhibits and events may be suspended.
• In the event of inclement weather, operations may be cancelled. In such cases, compensation for transportation to and from the site will not be provided.
• Due to the facility's circumstances, there may be days when the facility is unavailable without prior notice. Please check with the facility before visiting.
