Activity
A Kabuki performance that you can not only watch but also experience
Before the performance, you can try out Kabuki-related props, costumes, and tsukeuchi (musical instruments used to produce sound effects) in the workshop.
Kabuki explanation
The first half of the tour will include an explanation of Kabuki, covering its history and kumadori makeup, to enhance your enjoyment of the performance.
English consecutive interpreting and audio guide included
English consecutive interpretation is provided for the first half of the commentary, and in the second half during the dance portion, a paid English audio guide will be available.
The short evening performances make it easy to fit into one's itinerary
The performances are short, lasting about 90 minutes, with some starting in the evening (at 6:00 PM), making them easy to fit into your itinerary and perfect for creating lasting memories.
