10:00 AM: Meet at Kokura Station (JR) - Outside the Shinkansen ticket gate
Please present your My Page reservation screen upon reception. (Our staff will be waiting for you with a sign. Details of the meeting place will be sent to you by e-mail.)
10:15 AM: Orientation at the Edomaezushi Nikaku restaurant
The chef and guide staff of Edomaezushi Nikaku will greet you and provide an explanation of the tour, including important details and notes.
11:15 AM: Market tour at Kitakyushu Central Wholesale Market
You will watch a video showcasing the bustling morning activities at the market, where we will introduce the reasons behind Kitakyushu's rich marine resources, the role of the fish market, and the efforts made to deliver fresh, high-quality fish. We will also guide you through retro shopping streets, including the bustling Tanga Market with its variety of restaurants, where you can enjoy lunch on your own.
3:00 PM: Fishing experience
You will actually go out to sea and see the strong currents and tide lines that make it one of Japan's top fishing grounds. Though the fishing experience will be brief, the fish you catch will be brought back to Edomaezushi Nikaku, where the chef will prepare it for you.
5:00 PM: Sushi dinner at Edomaezushi Nikaku
While listening to the chef's explanation of the history, culture, and techniques of Edomae sushi, you will enjoy a dinner course. As a unique benefit of this tour, you will have the opportunity to learn sushi-making techniques directly from the Michelin two-star chef, and those who wish can experience making sushi themselves.

• Please note that children under 9 years old are not allowed to participate.
• Please note that Edomaezushi Nikaku does not offer a children's menu.
• If you arrive late without prior notice, the reservation will be canceled.
• The market and fishing boat are very slippery, so please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
• Please note that staff may take promotional photos and videos during the tour, and media interviews may also occur.
[Cancellation Policy]
• The experience may be canceled for safety reasons due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other various circumstances. In such cases, WAmazing Play's Customer Support or the organizer will contact the emergency contact. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming call on the day of the experience. (Estimated date/time of contact: the day before, after 6:00 PM)
• If the fishing experience is canceled due to inclement weather, JPY 10,000 will be refunded. The refund will be given in cash at Edomaezushi Nikaku.
