Wild vegetable harvesting experience
After learning about wild vegetables from your guide, head into the mountains to enjoy harvesting them firsthand.
Hoba sushi-making experience
With help from the nature guide, you'll pick your favorite ingredients and make your own original Hoba sushi—sushi wrapped in magnolia leaves.
Enjoy the freshly picked ingredients right on the spot
Savor the delicious tempura made with fresh wild vegetables and herbs you picked yourself.

Meet the nature guide
Important tour information and guidelines will be explained before the start.
10:00am-11:30am: Stroll through the Nenoue Highlands and look for wild vegetables with a nature guide
All travel will be on foot.
11:30am-12:00pm: Make tempura with wild vegetables and prepare Hoba sushi, a local specialty
Make tempura and Hoba sushi using wild vegetables you have harvested yourself.
1:00pm: Finish the tour after enjoying the mountains
After lunch, enjoy the mountains until the end of the activity.
