Activity
Perfect for honeymooners, couples, and families traveling to Japan! Freely choose any of the high-quality kimonos without worrying about the different grades!
Plan for 1 adult female & 1 adult male
For a beautiful formal or semi-formal kimono, regardless of quality, you can choose from the Furisode (long-sleeved kimono), the ceremonial kimono, and the Hakama!
Men are required to wear the most prestigious type of kimono, the men's Hakama with a crest.
With the security package included, you can freely enjoy yourself at various locations, so let's make once-in-a-life-time memories at VASARA!
Please choose from three types depending on the type of kimono.
(1) Platinum: Gorgeous, vibrant Furisode & Men's Montsuki Hakama (up to JPY 22,000 off the regular price!)
(2) Gold: Modern and chic Nishaku-Sleeves x Hakama & Men's Montsuki Hakama (up to JPY 22,000 off the regular price!)
(3) Silver: A neat and clean ceremonial kimono & Men's Montsuki Hakama (up to JPY 9,900 off the regular price!)
*Children's Gorgeous Kimono (compatible height 90-130cm): a selection of formal Japanese children's clothing.
Please add children's beautiful kimono as an option (up to 2 children per group can be added).

(4) After getting dressed, head out to a nearby sightseeing spot! We also offer a plan where a dedicated photographer will take a one-hour on-location photo.

*If you would like to order additional accessories, the prices start at JPY 550 per item including sales tax.

We also recommend taking photos at a location near the shop
After getting dressed, head out to a nearby sightseeing spot! We also offer a 1-hour location photoshoot at a photo spot with a dedicated photographer (see Remarks)
You can leave your luggage in the shop!
To allow you to enjoy an easy city walk in your kimono, luggage storage is available. Kimono rental customers can store one luggage for free. (For suitcases: JPY 1,100 per item including tax)
*Please consult with our staff on the day of your visit for options on extension of your return or return by mail.
*To return by mail, we will provide you with a COD slip, so please visit a convenience store or hotel concierge to arrange for pickup.
Returning is easy! Just put all your rental items in a VASARA bag and return it to the store!
Same-day returns: Rental is available until 5:30 PM on the same day.
Same-day extension: JPY 1,100 including tax will be charged if returned between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM on the same day.
For next-day returns: If you wish to return the item the next day, we charge JPY 2,200 tax included if returned by 5:30 PM the next day.

Notes
You will receive an email within 48 hours of your request stating whether your reservation is accepted or not accepted. The reservation is confirmed when you receive a "Reservation Accepted" email.
*We will not be able to respond if you arrive after your application and before your booking has been confirmed by the operator.
*We are unable to respond to customers who come directly to the store, except for the date and time of the confirmed booking.

・Please note that any difference due to additional options, etc. will be paid on the day of the tour.
・The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, but we will not reimburse travel expenses to the event location. In the event of cancellation, the operator will contact the emergency contact by 8:00 PM the day before the event.
[About Kimono Rentals]
・Customers taller than 185 centimeters and a foot size bigger than 28 centimeters must apply in advance. After clicking the "Make a Reservation" button, please provide additional information.
・Kimono rental customers can store one bag of luggage free of charge. Large suitcases etc. without valuables can be stored for JPY 1,100 (including tax).
・If returned between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM on the same day, an extension fee of JPY 1,100 (including tax) per kimono will be charged.
・Kimonos can be returned next day for JPY 2,200 (including tax) per kimono. For next-day returns, please return by the last return time (5:30 PM).
[Includes Security Package (Insurance)]
This plan includes a Security Package fee to ease the burden of stains from meals or damage to the kimono in the event of an accident. We recommend that you subscribe to this service. This includes kimono, obi, obi cords, long underwear, zori (Japanese sandals), tabi (socks), small purses and other kimono-related accessories.
