We are experiencing an increase in the number of errors in dates and times of use. Please be sure to check the date and time before your visit.
You will receive an email within 48 hours of your application. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email.
*If you visit the store after submitting your application but before your reservation is confirmed, we will be unable to process your request.
*Even if you visit the store directly, we can only accept your reservation on the date and time specified in your confirmation.

[Notes]
- Please note that we may not be able to respond to reservation requests within 48 hours due to photographer arrangements.
- If you make a reservation for a desired date more than one month in advance, we will contact you with the result of your request approximately one month prior to the desired date.
- Please return the kimonos by 5:30 PM.
- Please present your ID to confirm your identity.
- Please note that any difference in price due to additional options, etc. will be paid on-site on the day of the visit.
- If the tour is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the site.
*Refunds will only be provided in cases where public transportation is significantly disrupted or stopped.
In case of cancellation, the operator will notify your emergency contact by 8:00 PM the day before the event.

[About kimono rental]
- To enjoy kimonos even more, non-standard fee-based hair sets and special accessories, such as different knots, obi fasteners, and maiko umbrellas, are also available for rent.
- Children must be between 100 cm and 140 cm in height.
- Customers over 185 cm in height and 28 cm in foot size need to apply in advance. After clicking on the “Make a reservation” button, please enter the additional information.
- Kimono rental customers can store one bag of luggage free of charge. Large trunks, etc. other than valuables can be stored for JPY 1,100 (tax included).
- An extension fee of JPY1,100 (tax included)/kimono will be charged for kimono returned between 5:30 and 6:00 PM on the same day.
- Next-day return of the kimono is available for JPY 2,200 (tax included)/piece. For next-day return, please return by the last return time (5:30 PM).
- Please understand that some images may include optional items other than those included in the fee.

[Notes on Shooting]
- If you arrive late to your reservation, we will not be able to change or extend the time of your photo shoot. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
- Please note that we may have to cancel the location shooting due to weather conditions.
*In such cases, a cancellation fee will apply. However, no cancellation fee will be charged in the event of severe weather that causes public transportation to stop.
- The shooting area is within 10-15 minutes from the store.
If you have any additional requests for shooting locations, please let us know in the "Additional Information" field.
*If you are traveling to the desired shooting spot by public transportation, the travel time will be included in the shooting time.
In addition, transportation fees for the photographer, entrance fees, facility usage fees, etc., if any, will be charged separately.
Please pay them directly at the location.
- After delivery, we do not accept claims regarding artistic viewpoints, requests for reshoots, or requests for refunds. Please understand this in advance.
- Photo spots are free locations that do not require a permit application.
- If you wish to photograph in a location that requires a shooting permit, please obtain the shooting permit on your own. (We are not able to obtain such permits.)
- Please note that we may not be able to extend the shooting time due to the availability of the photographer.
- It is not possible to specify a photographer.
- We will choose the best photos to be delivered. We will deliver the photos with beautifully finished colors, but we cannot alter them. Please understand this beforehand.
- We do not retouch photos to enhance skin quality or give you a smaller face, etc.
- Photos will be sent to your email address as downloadable files approximately one week after your session.

[Safety Plan (Insurance) included]
This plan includes a Safety Plan fee to help cover costs in case of stains during meals or damage to the kimono due to an accident. We highly recommend subscribing to this plan.
Applies to kimono, obi, obi strings, undergarments, zori (Japanese sandals), tabi (socks), small purses, and other accessories related to kimono.

[Language Support]
Gestures, basic English, and in-store informational materials (available in English, Chinese, and Korean) will be provided. Translation apps may also be used as needed for communication.
