• Closed every Wednesday from January 9 to February 26, 2025.
• Each ticket may be redeemed only once per person on the day of the event. If an exchange ticket is lost, it cannot be reissued.
• Redeeming is only possible when the Snow Park opens (9:30 AM -4:00 PM).
• Tickets are only valid for the day of the event. Tickets cannot be used for multiple days.
• On the day of the event, products are not available for purchase at the counter.
• Please note that sales may be suspended or canceled due to weather or other unavoidable circumstances and may also be canceled or refunded depending on conditions on the day of the event.
• The stadium mini tour may not be available on some days. In such case, you will receive 2 additional tickets for tower eleven baseball.
