Notes
• Closed every Wednesday from January 9 to February 26, 2025.
• Each ticket may be redeemed only once per person on the day of the event. If an exchange ticket is lost, it cannot be reissued.
• Ticket exchange is only possible when the Snow Park opens (9:30 AM -4:00 PM).
• Tickets are valid for the day of the event only. Tickets cannot be used for multiple days.
• On the day of the event, products are not available for purchase at the counter.
• Please note that sales may be suspended or cancelled due to weather or other unavoidable circumstances, and may also be canceled or refunded depending on conditions on the day of the event.
• The stadium mini tour may not be available on some days. In this case, you will receive 2 additional tickets to use tower eleven baseball.
[About the ICE PARK]
• A parent or legal guardian must accompany each child in elementary school and younger (ages 3-12)
• Elementary school students and younger (ages 3-12) must wear helmets and protective gear
• Helmets and protective gear are recommended for students in middle/high school and for students over the age of 18.
• Helmets and protective gear are available to borrow free of charge.
• Please be sure to wear gloves while in the area. (Only gloves that cover the fingertips are allowed.)
