Activity
The Setouchi Triennale, a contemporary art festival held every three years since its inaugural event in 2010, takes place on the islands of the Seto Inland Sea.
This is a once-in-three-years opportunity, so don't miss out!
The approximately 100-day event is divided into three seasons—spring, summer, and fall—allowing you to experience the unique charms of Setouchi in each season.
During the event period, it attracts a total of approximately one million visitors from Japan and abroad, making it one of Japan's leading international art festivals.
Discounts are available at cultural facilities, restaurants, and attractions in Kagawa and Okayama prefectures.

• Refunds cannot be provided even in cases where the art festival dates, the number of venues, or the number of artworks on display significantly change or decrease due to natural disasters such as typhoons. Additionally, restrictions on the number of viewers or time slots may be implemented.
• Each passport allows you to view each artwork exhibited during the Setouchi Triennale 2025 only once.
Discounted admission applies for subsequent viewings of the same artwork.
• Some venues and artworks may have designated closure days. Please check the official website for details.
• Artwork exhibitions may be suspended due to maintenance or other reasons.
• Failure to follow staff instructions or guidelines may result in the revocation of your viewing privileges.
• Passport redemption is not available outside the Setouchi Triennale 2025 period (May 26 - July 31, 2025, and September 1 - October 2, 2025).
