• Please note that the route will be determined based on the weather and wave conditions on the day, so it may not be possible to accommodate your preferences.
• Please note that sunset visibility varies depending on the weather and season.
• We cannot provide refunds or other compensation for any reason if you fail to arrive at the meeting point (reception) by the specified time.
• Children under Middle school age (13 years old) can join the cruise for free. However, meals are not included, so please select a children's meal from the options if necessary.
• The sunset view and meal details in the photos are for illustrative purposes. The actual experience may vary depending on the season and circumstances.
• Please be sure to book meals for the number of participants as an option.

Reception Time:
• Reception time varies depending on the season. *For reservations in September-October, please select "Meet at 5:00pm," and for reservations in April-August, please select "Meet at 5:30pm."

Cancellation Policy:
• Decisions on whether the cruise will run due to bad weather or natural disasters will be made by 2:00pm on the day before the experience. In the event of cancellation, you will be contacted by WAmazing Play's Customer Support after 2:00pm the day before.
• Even if the cruise is scheduled to take place, the final decision may be made on the day of the event depending on factors such as typhoons or other weather conditions that may affect the safety of the voyage. If the cruise is canceled on the day of the event, the operator will contact you through the emergency contact number. Please be sure to check your email and incoming calls on the day of the event.
• In the event of cancellation, you can choose from the following options. We would appreciate it if you could share your preference when we contact you about the cancellation:
(1) Cancel the entire experience and receive a full refund of the experience fee you paid.
(2) If the sunset cruise is canceled, but the special dinner is still held, the operator can provide you with a voucher for shopping at Senza Kitchen equivalent to the cost of the sunset cruise (varies depending on the number of people). In this case, there will be no change to the experience fee, and no refund will be issued.
(*) Senza Kitchen is closed on the second Thursday of every month and may close in case of bad weather or natural disasters.

Language Support:
• Onboard announcements, including safety instructions, will be provided via multilingual audio broadcast. Additionally, multilingual tools with menu descriptions will be available during meals.

Parking Availability:
• You can use the second parking lot of Roadside Station Senza Kitchen. (Meeting place: in front of Kiraku)
