Built during the Taisho era (1912-1926) by the Kashino family, who prospered through coal sales, this residence is designated as a Nationally Registered Tangible Cultural Property. Today, it also serves as a guesthouse for weddings and other special occasions.

Directions to Nearest Station：(1) Alight at Tokushima Tokutoku Terminal and walk for about 5 minutes. (2) Take a taxi from Tokushima Awaodori Airport and walk for about 10 minutes. (3) About 10 minutes by car from the Naruto Interchange on the Kobe-Awaji-Naruto Expressway. (4) About 10 minutes by car from the Tokushima Interchange on the Tokushima Expressway. (5) About 20 minutes by taxi from JR Tokushima Station. (6) Alight at either Matsushige or Nakagirai Higashi on the Tokushima Airport bus and walk for about 5 minutes.
