[About the ticket]
•Children of any age who require a seat must purchase a ticket. (Infants and toddlers who can be placed on their knees are free of charge.)
•Tickets will be mailed to your hotel at least 2 days prior to the event date.
•Due to the expected congestion at the venue on the day, we recommend that you pick up your tickets the day before and arrive well in advance to allow enough time for your visit.
•For inquiries regarding ticket pickup, please contact the address listed in the email sent to you after your reservation.

[Ticket shipping schedule]
• Tickets are scheduled to be shipped in late July and cannot be sent earlier than that.
• Tickets cannot be sent to unmanned accommodations or locations that cannot accept registered mail. *Please confirm in advance whether the hotel can receive simplified registered mail.
• If your delivery address cannot accept simplified registered mail, please refrain from purchasing tickets.
• We are not responsible for delivery issues if the provided shipping information is incomplete or if your accommodation is unable to receive mail.
• Once tickets have been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to tickets after they arrive at the accommodation, so please handle them with care upon receipt. (Paper tickets, not electronic tickets, will be mailed to the hotel.)

[Notes]
•The Nebuta will run for approximately 60 minutes. However, it takes 60 minutes to complete one lap of the course, and only a portion of the course passes in front of the viewing area.
The approximate time the Nebuta floats will pass in front of the viewing seats is about one hour each day: from 7:00pm on August 2nd and 3rd, from 6:45pm on August 4th through 6th, and from 1:00pm on August 7th. At other times, please feel free to enjoy the festival at your leisure.
•Nebuta Festival will be held rain or shine. There are no refunds after ticket purchase.
*In the unlikely event that the Nebuta Festival does not take place due to flood warning levels, earthquakes, or other disasters, refunds will be made.
(Ticketing and delivery fees related to payment are not refundable.)
•Please take care to stay hydrated and in good physical condition as extreme heat is expected.
Also, please bring a hat or take other measures to protect yourself from the heat.
•We recommend that you bring a raincoat in case of rain.
*Umbrellas (including parasols) may not be used as they block the view.
•Please be aware that restroom facilities are not adequate.
•Please do not smoke in the venue.
•Any person who conducts himself/herself in a manner that disturbs other visitors inside or outside the venue and does not follow the instructions of the staff will be asked to leave the venue forcibly.
In such cases, there will be no refund of tickets.
•The organizer will not be liable for any damage caused by reasons beyond its control in the viewing area.

[About photo shooting]
•The use of tripods is prohibited in the viewing area.
•Please do not disturb other spectators when taking photos or videos.

[In case of cancellation]
•The event may be cancelled after the reservation is made due to inclement weather or natural disasters. In such cases, the operator will contact the emergency contact after 6:00 PM on the day before the event. Please be sure to check your email and incoming calls.

Information will be sent with your ticket according to your language preference.
On the day of the event, information at the venue will be provided in Japanese.
