Reservations can be made up to the day before!
Make your reservation the day before you travel and drop your luggage off at Namba Station by 12:00pm the next day for same-day pickup at Kansai International Airport any time from 4:00pm until 9:00pm.

Step 1: Make a reservation that suits your travel plans
Please make a reservation to suit your intended date of use. Within one day of completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email from Airporter. Please upload a photo of your luggage via the "Upload Photo" button within the confirmation email.
Use messaging services for smooth communication
You can easily communicate via WhatsApp or LINE regarding all service details, from booking to arrangements for airport collection.
Step 2: Drop off your luggage on the day of travel at Nest Namba Station Counter, located by the Nankai Electric Railway central ticket gates
Please drop off the luggage you uploaded a photo of during booking at the Nest Namba Station Counter (near the Nankai Electric Railway central ticket gates). Luggage can be dropped off between 9:00am and 12:00pm. When dropping off your luggage, please present your Airporter booking confirmation email (mobile voucher) at the counter. *The voucher is valid only on the date specified at the time of booking.
Your luggage will be sent straight to Kansai International Airport!

Step 3: Collect your luggage on the 4F International Departure Floor at Kansai International Airport
Please collect your luggage near the counter of your departing airline on the 4F International Departure Floor of Kansai International Airport. (Collection available between 4:00pm and 8:30pm). After collection, you can proceed directly to your airline counter.

・Wallets (containing cash or credit cards), identification documents (passports), jewelry (diamonds or pearls), flammable items (fireworks), toxic plants, poisons, cannabis, stimulant drugs, or any substances prohibited under Japanese law, as well as all animals including pets (dogs, cats, insects, reptiles, fish), cannot be accepted.
・All luggage is subject to a weight limit of 30kg per item, regardless of size. Please be aware that, should the actual size or weight of your items differ from your reservation details, we may refuse delivery or apply additional charges in accordance with our service terms.
・Please secure all luggage with a lock before dropping it off for delivery.
・To ensure the safe delivery of your valuable items, we kindly request your cooperation in packing them appropriately for transport beforehand.
