Learn about the basics of nigiri sushi through English-subitled videos!
Prepare for the experience by watching an English-subtitled video on the preparation of nigiri (hand-pressed) sushi, available so even English speakers can enjoy the experience to the fullest. After learning the movements and key points to crafting the sushi, you'll move on to the hands-on part of the experience.
Make two types of authentic sushi, nigiri and hosomaki sushi
Don the hat and apron and become a real sushi chef! Try your hand at making two types of sushi, nigiri (hand-pressed) and hosomaki (rolled), before savoring your own creations at the end of the experience! Optionally, you may purchase your apron as a souvenir.
Try tempura along with your own sushi creations!
In addition to your own handmade sushi, try some other authentic sushi made by sushi masters, crunchy tempura, traditional Japanese soup, and a dessert.
