Arrival procedures
A driver holding the Magonote Travel sign (in Japanese, English, or Traditional Chinese) will be waiting for you. Show the reservation page from your My Page upon arrival. You will receive information materials before departing after arrival procedures are complete. (*Approx. 60 minutes travel time)
Look at and feed the swans at Nagahama Beach at Lake Inawashiro (*Approx. 30 minutes)
Please bring your own swan feed or purchase it on-site.
Enjoy a snow-viewing bath at Nakanosawa Onsen (*Approx. 60 minutes)
Please note that there may not be snow due to weather or other conditions. If you wish to use a bath towel, please bring your own or rent one from the facility. (Hand towels are provided free of charge.) Entry may be denied if you have tattoos.
Dinner at Best Table (*Approx. 90 minutes)

• Participation will be canceled if you are late for the meeting time without prior notice.
• Payment must be made directly to the driver in cash (Japanese yen) if you wish to use the expressway.
• If the tour time is extended due to reasons other than unavoidable circumstances, such as weather or road conditions, an additional fee of JPY 4,500 will be charged for each additional 30 minutes.
• Swan sightings and snow is not guaranteed.

The experience may be canceled for safety reasons due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In that case, WAmazing Play's customer support or the organizer will contact you using the emergency details you have provided. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming calls on the day. (Notifications are typically sent after 2:00pm on the day before the event.)
